In addition to fully furnished one-, two- and three-room apartments, coe has various common rooms and an outdoor area with a volleyball court and a barbecue. The house has a comfortable location. It is located a bit aside from the city center so that the residents can enjoy nature in their free time, but also all university locations can be reached within 3 to 15 minutes by bike or bus.
